About Us


Created in 2006 as the website of a government recruitment consultant, this website was originally created to provide information and guidance for government selection panels.

The two primary problems during this time were:

  • Helping panels find suitable and qualified applicants who were submitting applications in the required format, and
  • Helping selection panels through a merit based selection process that conformed to the required legislation and policies.

Since then, the focus of this website has shifted towards helping applicants find and apply for government jobs. In 2006 there was no central website for applicants to look for a government job, whether it be commonwealth, state or local. Unfortunatetly over time, this has not changed, to the detriment of the government who are losing good quality candidates due to the visability of the available positions.
